Veg Wok Noodle

“One thing I remembered as a kid living in southern China was we made vegetarian wok noodles after having been in the temple” Mai said. This dish was therefore recreated from her childhood memory. The udon noodles with vegetables of the season is quick wok dish. The included homemade soya blend adds another dimension to the taste!

Estimated preparation time : 10 minutes

Chop the pak choi and carrots in pieces, and warm up a wok with oil. Wok the veggies for a couple of minutes, followed by adding a bit more oil and the noodles. Season with the sauce that follows.
