    Xiao Long Bao

    Estimated preparation time: 15 minutes

    Fill a pot with water. Make sure that when the steamer is inserted, the water level is below the steamer, so that the dimsum does not come in direct contact with water upon steaming. Put in the steamer with the dimsum and bring the water to boil with lid on. From the moment the water is boiling, wait 7 minutes and the dimsum is ready. Add more water into the pot, should all the water be evaporated during steaming.

    Siu Mai

    Estimated preparation time: 10 minutes

    Fill a pot with water. Make sure that when the steamer is inserted, the water level is below the steamer, so that the does not come in direct contact with water upon steaming. Put in the steamer with the dimsum and bring the water to boil with lid on. From the moment the water is boiling, wait 5 minutes and the dimsum is ready. Add more water into the pot, should all the water be evaporated during steaming.

    Chicken Gaozi

    Estimated preparation time: 10 minutes

    Grease a frying pan with oil and warm it up. Add the gaozis and add a glass of water. Put on the lid and turn the heat to max. While the water is evaporating the gaozis are being steamed inside the frying pan. Remove the lid once almost all water is evaporated, and turn down the heat to medium allowing frying the gaozi until it turns golden brown. Tip: Gaozis are perfect to be served with Red Silk Chili (not included).

    Wanton & Udon Noodles

    Estimated preparation time: 15 minutes

    Bring the water to boil in a pot. Upon boiling season with a bit of salt and add a little oil in the water. Add the wantons first and let it boil for 7 minutes. Add the water noodles and let it boil for an additional couple of minutes. This dish goes perfect with Red Silk chili (not included)
