Fill a pot with water. Make sure that when the steamer is inserted, the water level is below the steamer, so that the dimsum does not come in direct contact with water upon steaming. Put in the steamer with the dimsum and bring the water to boil with lid on. From the moment the water is boiling, wait 7 minutes and the dimsum is ready. Add more water into the pot, should all the water be evaporated during steaming.
Chicken Gaozi

Grease a frying pan with oil and warm it up. Add the gaozis and add a glass of water. Put on the lid and turn the heat to max. While the water is evaporating the gaozis are being steamed inside the frying pan. Remove the lid once almost all water is evaporated, and turn down the heat to medium allowing frying the gaozi until it turns golden brown. Tip: Gaozis are perfect to be served with Red Silk Chili (not included).
Char Siu Bao

Ha Gao

Veg Wok Noodle

Chop the pak choi and carrots in pieces, and warm up a wok with oil. Wok the veggies for a couple of minutes, followed by adding a bit more oil and the noodles. Season with the sauce that follows.
Veg. Boiled Gaozi

Bring the water to boil in a pot and season it with salt and a little oil. Upon water is boiling add the vegetarian gaozi and let it boil for 7 minutes. Discard the water and serve the boiled gaozis. Tip: If you love spicy dishes, add a bit of our Red Silk Chili (not included) with the gaozis.
